"I was supposed to received my package on Friday. When I got back from picking up my son from school I found a receipt from the company. On that paper no phone number I can call so I have to search it up by internet. When I found it and I called, the person who answer my call reach the driver and she ask me if I was at home because the driver left 15 minutes before I called. But then she said that my package would be delivered on Monday. When I ask her the time she told me that it was not an appointment required so that I need to call on Monday to check where the driver would be delivering my package. I did that on Monday (and I have to call sick that day to my work in order to be at home and my son didn't go to school for the same reason so we don't have to miss them again)and told me that it was already delivered. But no!!!. And then they called me to tell me that I needed an appointment to be delivered and have to be on Tuesday or Wednesday. And have to call again off from work. Very, very, very bad service. From my experience I would never use this company from my own business."

"My freight is almost always in good condition and the Santa Rosa driver (I think his name is John) is always quick with a joke and a good attitude."

"I would give these people zero stars if I could! Initially did not receive my shipment the day it was due to be delivered. Then received a new date . Was given a 5 hour window for shipment time. I requested a call when a driver was closer to arriving so I would not be stuck at the same location for 5 hours waiting. None the less I was stuck here waiting any how and did not receive the call and upon calling them AFTER the time the shipment was due to arrive was told they already came. Which was a complete lie by either their driver or the customer service rep I spoke to as myself and another person was here during the entire 5 hour window."
