They actually gave me personalized service and even helped me edit my order to get proper helmet color and shipped pretty much the same day. "I emailed Bike Bling about a bike I was trying to purchase that I was having a hard time finding. The responder told me to call Kerry who is the owner and I called him soon after. He picked up the phone and I asked about the bike and he said he had one in stock in my size! We worked out a price and I went ahead and ordered it immediately giving him my credit card info on the phone and mailing address. I got a confirmation shortly after of the bike I ordered and tracking information. I started getting a little nervous that evening when I started reading through the reviews and felt like it was too good to be true and I may be in trouble with having an issue with the transaction. A week later the bike comes and it was the wrong size bike. I started getting pretty nervous because it was a lot of money and I send Kerry a text message as well as called the shop. John at the shop picked up the phone immediately and was very helpful. He assured me they had the right bike, there was a mixup and they would take care of it. Kerry called me shortly after to tell me that he was going to send out a call tag for the wrong bike for me to ship back and ship out the right bike expedited so I could get it quickly. I received the right bike two days later so I was very relieved. Mistakes happen but it's how the company handles it is what matters. I hate to read all of the bad reviews because I hate for people to have had bad experiences but I truly had a good experience and felt like they were on the ball to make it right in which they did. I will do business with them again because of how they handled their mistake. It's not fair for people to say the good reviews are fake, they don't know. This is a real and honest review of my experience."
