"I called this company because one of their trucks dropped/kicked up a rock and it chipped my window. When I called the woman who answered she asked for the truck number. I gave it to her she said "not my truck" and hung up. When I called back it when straight to voicemail. Rude!!! No customer service skills at all. I would hope they dont treat their customers like I was treated."

"A Large amount of gravel flew out of an overfilled and uncovered castor truck while on the freeway damaging the entire front end of my vehicle and cracking my windshield. Castor and specifically the owner, Salvador refused to cooperate for repairs to my vehicle, blocking my calls and communication. Following the initial post of this review I received a call from their insurance provider. Assuming they honorably take care of the damages this will be updated to reflect their follow through. "The person Salvador Sanchez who is answering thinks that people do not have money to pay, I called to try to send an instrument and he will answer all my questions and he pretended that the call was cut off and he did not answer anymore, they should send it to the guy. It discredits the brand and since I am a Castores customer and I have my business, I have sent more than 6 large packages with you from Tijuana and this time I wanted to send you from here in the USA."
