"This place is fantastic for your typical urgent care needs. I sliced a finger, and it required stitches. I was in and out on a Saturday afternoon in 45 minutes or less. A visit to a Madison urgent care would have been hours. The staff has always been great each time we have come here, and the wait time is the real perk here."

"We were seen in a timely manner which was nice. The staff were okay but the customer service overall was poor. They gave off the perception they were not thrilled to be working on a weekend day and bothered by us being there. The woman checking us in was not very friendly and did not make us feel welcomed. Once we were seen in the exam room I felt like my concerns were downplayed by the staff. The PA told us my daughter did not have an ear infection but 6 hours later her fever & symptoms worsened and we presented to the ER and were told she had puss around her ear drums and indeed an ear infection that required antibiotics. Not only do we have to pay for an urgent care visit but also an unnecessary ER visit. Had the ear infection been noticed we would have been able to avoid the ER visit all together."

"Kim has been our nurse both times we have visited in last 4 months. She is straight forward and professional but can be be funny when humor is needed. Both times PA, RN and Tech were efficient and provided the care needed fir the patient. Glad we have this evening/night option for working caregivers and ERs at night for the small stuff suck."

"Had to take my 3 yo to urgent care for possible ear infection. I was lucky it was a slow night but we also had some fantastic people helping us out. The front desk, med tech, nurse and Dr were all fantastic and kind. The dr was great with my toddler too- even though we were sitting on the floor playing legos when he came in- he made that work and sat on the floor with us. It’s never ideal to need to be at urgent care but thanks to that entire team for making it a good experience for me as a parent and my toddler - a nervous kiddo. Greatly appreciated and thankful to know they are just a few miles from us if we need urgent care again."
