"I had an appointment at 9:30, at 10 o’clock. I checked how long it would be and there were three people ahead of me. Therefore I had to cancel. I was not happy with the double or triple booking. My time is as valuable as the doctors. If they are that much behind, it would be nice to give a courteous call to your customer and let them know said they do not have to sit there waiting or cancel once they get there. I was not happy at all."
