"Very happy with shuttle service. Originates at UCSD, travels to Old Town and Hillcrest UCSD hospital loops back to La Jolla UCSD Campus. It's free, no questions asked! Great for students n medical patients. Many pick-up/drop off locations at campus. Look up the schedule online for all info & a phone number. Mornings it's comes to Old Town first n then Hillcrest but afternoons/evenings it goes to Hillcrest first then Old Town before returning to UCSD. In Old Town it picks you up on Congress St. Near transit store."

"Been riding for two years: shuttles are overfilled and drivers are hard on the brakes. The shuttle that goes to the neighborhoods shuts down during the summer and runs about half the frequency that it should during the school year. There is no schedule, and despite orderly (long) lines, some drivers let the back of the line on first. There is no investment from management or administration for this embarrassing campus service."
