"I found Dr. Zilisch to be extraordinarily rude. No greeting, no handshake, dismissive of every question I asked. While he did a thorough exam, it wasn’t until the last minute he acknowledged I did show signs of glaucoma then told me to return for additional testing in July. Every other staff member was so very friendly, kind and professional. 2 stars for Zilisch, 5 for all 5 of other staff members."

The nurses who you see first are Wonderful and explain everything they are doing and why and Dr Bennett is amazing! She is thorough, makes you feel comfortable with any procedures that she recommends and I trusted her from day one. She is an incredible surgeon and an amazing person. "There was only a three minute wait to be called in. The people are very friendly, professional and thorough. They give you a comprehensive exam and answer all and any questions. My doctor was terrific and even provided me with sunglasses as my eyes were dilated. I have been going to Madison Medical for years and will continue to use them. They're great!"

"The beginning of the appointment went really well. The staff was nice and welcoming. When i got with the doctor he explained to me his diagnosis and prescribed aftercare. He could tell i was upset because his prescribed after is what i had been doing for a whole year and my issue remained unchanged. At the end of the appointment he questioned me and said “ if you are so worried why didn’t you just come sooner” i was immediately taken back by this comment because this was the first time we met so he knows nothing about my life or the obstacles preventing me from getting to a clinic sooner. Then he made it seem as if I i cared about was my appearance and he was not about to fix my issues over cosmetic concerns. He completely disregarded the pain and discomfort of my issue and immediately judged me as. Person who just wants cosmetic surgery. But this is my eyes were talking about, either way my eyes are scared i just wanted the discomfort to end."

The doctor was thorough, explained what he was doing, explained the condition, and was very friendly. An all around very positive experience."
