"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They were completely unprofessional, rushed through my visit, and misdiagnosed me while prescribing me incorrect medication. The doctor spent 10 minutes searching for a common medication I take on his computer. The bathrooms were unsanitary, and the doctor was on the phone on a personal call during my visit. They said they would call me with results but never did. If you’re thinking of going here as your last resort, you might as well skip it."

"Just called to see if my son could still go there after not being seen for a while , and the ignorant young lady started arguing with me about my insurance for my son, saying that i have to either use his mothers or myne. IPW needs to get a new receptionist or train this young lady better. She has no manners , little knowledge of the laws on health coverage-- CLEARLY and NO clue how to talk to patients."
"Called to mak an appointment someone put me on hold never came back, I waited 25 minutes before I hung up. Horrible customer service!"
