"The physical therapists have been great w helping me. They are highly trained and know what they are doing. Dr. Desai is very knowledgeable and is straight to the point. He doesn’t sugarcoat conditions which I appreciate. The clerical team works to schedule appointments with you and I feel in general this office is excellent. The only thing I don’t like is that it takes a little while to get to their entrance from Durand Ave. Make sure to account for 5 extra minutes to get into their parking lot or map it out before you leave your home. There is an elevator and a stairs near front/side door. Office is located at end of second floor hallway. Parking is easy and close. You never have to worry about parking far away from lot."
"Dr. Desai is the best! He shows genuine care and compassion, and fully explains all aspects of your condition. His staff is efficient, positive and caring. I have 100% recovery from the painful and debilitating effects of TMJ thanks to the treatment and care from Dr. Desai."
"I’ve seen Dr. Desai and the physical therapist Jake here for the past several years and I highly recommend them! They are so kind and caring above just doing great work. Several times when my insurance charged me more than they were supposed to Dr. Desai waved the fee or gave me a discount. On top of all of that my jaw pain is completely gone."
"I am amazed at the results after having treatment from Dr Desai and Jake Raml, DPT. I had a locked jaw and intense pain for months with little confidence that I would ever get full mobility and minimal to no pain, but I’m back to my functioning level prior to the locking. Both are very kind and thorough. I highly recommend them."
"The three stars are for PT Jake Raml and Dr Bhavik Desai. Jake is an excellent PT, knows his stuff, very friendly and personable, and cares about you. Dr Desai is kind, compassionate, and a master in his field. Unfortunately, I am thinking of discontinuing my treatment here. Reason? The front office staff. They are really really bad, really unprofessional. There seems to be a number of them, yet things get screwed up routinely. The first thing that happened: I had given Jake a couple of discs containing my CBCTs and MRIs from previous providers, for them to look at. Believe it or not, those discs completely disappeared. They had kept it with them as they apparently do not have equipment to look at those every day. When I asked for them back, at first I was told they are in a different office. One of the ladies in the office, Tracey, actually gave me a lot of attitude, saying "It was just an honest mistake, nothing to get perturbed about". To this date, those discs containing my personal information, have not been returned to me from that office. They are simply "lost". I was told by Jake that someone will call me about that. Never received a call. I would call and leave messages about my appointments, they would simply not listen to my messages, and call me and say "You are late for your appointment". The absolute last straw happened today. I had seen Dr Desai last week. After my appointment, I went over to Tracey and asked her to cancel my appointment with Dr Desai the following week, as I just saw him, and scheduled an appointment 3 weeks later. Today Tracey called me twice, first to remind me of my appointment with Dr Desai tomorrow (which should have been canceled), and once again to say 'Dr Desai said you do not have to come tomorrow'. I called back and asked for Tracey, was told she was busy. Later another lady called me and said "she got your message", umm what? At this point I was agitated and tried to tell her the full story, when she said "Please do not scream at me over the phone" and slammed the phone down. I just do not think that as a patient I deserve to be treated like this, to have the phone slammed on my face. Hence I will be forced to terminate my treatment at this center."
