"I am so upset with the health workers that answer the phone and are supposed to be helping patients. I called a week ago to get my prescription faxed to my health center because I needed a refill, it's a week later and it still isn't done, how am I supposed to get better when these people cant send a simple fax. I'm so upset and my doctor isn't in until after the holidays, but she was in last week so my prescription should be signed, why am I waiting so long for my medicine ?! I suggest a different center if you rely on your medicine."
