"I scheduled a pickup with MTS Access and a van with Vista transport decals showed up. The driver was extremely rude and sped off mid sentence when I asked him to wait for me to confirm that this was the correct vehicle for my pickup. He said "what, you don't trust us?" and honestly no! I did not trust that man to handle my family member safely! A complaint has been filed with both MTS and Telekom."
