"Drivers work with different county, state and federal agencies. FedVan is entity of SOL and transports Veterans to and from VA hospitals mostly in wheelchairs. They are very concerned about Van safety and people's safety. The complaint about back-up noise at 5am is because , alot of Veterans are unfortunately on dialysis and are treated thru out the day and very early hours in the morning at various facilities around San Diego. Back-up noise from transport Vans are for pedestrians and children's safety. Especially people texting , glued to their cell phones or just daydreaming. As far as the rudeness of the dispatcher at Sol Transportation , I can't comment on that except that maybe he or she was having a bad day. Still no excuse though."

"The transportation van spent a few minutes being while backing before 5AM. I called dispatch and they did not even care. Even swore at me when I was upset. What a horrible company."
