"The waiting time wasn’t the best, we had an appointment at 8:30am and it ended starting at 11:00am, the service that we had from the nurse Lisa made up for the waiting time, she was proactive, and even, she is few of the nurses who knew how to extract blood (I’m a hard poke)"

Well, Concentra made me pay for a new physical to fix this (and the price went up!). What a waste of time and the doctor made a mistake that I got punished for. The only redeeming quality is that the staff are very friendly, which cannot be said about the doctor."
