"Please I advise people to find a different Drs office to go to! This place has lack of understanding, no compassion for anyone and they are constantly misdiagnosing patients. Dr. Steven is the absolute worst Doctor I have had any contact with! He came into the room and told me he wasn’t gonna be in there long cause he didn’t want to get sick even tho we both had mask on like wow then why did you become a Dr. He has absolutely no understanding or compassion about his patients! Worst staff, Dr, and nurses I have ever in my life experienced! Definitely don’t go here if you want you health taken seriously!"

"Most of the staff here are unhelpful, lack compassion and dismissive! They only care about charging you . Billing your insurance. They have cause more inconvenience for me as a patient on several urgent care visits. I only returned because the location is convenient but after this incident, I will never return and I will never return or refer a family or friend here. The doctor Mabria Loqman, MD is racist , and dismissive and lies in her notes about patients symptoms and she doesn’t do a complete examination. I checked in for a painful sore throat and other symptoms and informed them that I was exposed to strep throat. The rapid came back negative but I still had several strep symptoms and Mabria Loqman, MD denied me care/ antibiotics even after showing proof of my children’s positive strep results. I had to suffer with symptoms for days before deciding to go get retested at another medical institution; the rapid came back negative again but the doctor still prescribed me antibiotic because of my symptoms and exposure and because the rapid can be inaccurate. Sure enough my culture came back positive. If Mabria Loqman, MD would’ve listened to me and did a complete examination, and been sympathetic, I would’ve never had to suffer longer days with strep symptoms and also be charged at two different medical institutions."

"The doctor I saw for my tonsils(currently hard to breathe and really sore) charged me $40 to tell me to gargle some salt water and then continued to try to correct my phrasing saying my lymph nodes are really swollen. To which she responded "those are glands". Lymph nodes are literally a type of gland. Then when I asked if I could get antibiotics because that's the only way I was able to get rid of this in the past, she literally said "you have no choice but to go home and gargle some salt water". What kind of doctor doesn't know lymph nodes are glands??"

"I met with An NP named Dean Tajnai who assists the Gastroenterologist dept at Aurora. I was so impressed with his care & concern taking time to talk ,answer questions & helped me decide to get done what I need to have done ‘ He explained everything to assure me I was in good hands ! I walked away knowing the advice giving me by Dean was straight up to the point and appreciated… Ty Dean"
