"I did my taxes with Nicole for 2018. I was contacted by the IRS to let me know they taxes were handled not professionally. They asked me to pay 141k because the person didn’t do it right. Even though I have provided all the information. I emailed Nicole back and she was unprofessional and couldn’t admit her mistakes and said if you want me to fix it the fee is $200. She charge expensive in the first place $150. I did it last year for $100 and the guy was super professional and nice to talk to. Stay away from this place. Charge lots of money, poor quality, no experience, they think they do great but can’t admit the mistakes. I will report this to IRS as well to make sure this office get a citation."
