"Well, I don't know about the other people experience but I have used this location in Lemon for about 5 years and never had a problem with service or extra fee. Owning and operating a business is hard and unless you have done so you can't imagine the hidden cost. When you get gas at the pump you pay a transaction fee. Business owners must charge fees. Business owners have to pay a service fee when the customer pays for the service and that adds up. When you go to a restaurant you pay a tip fee it is the nature of business. To end customers are not always polite and want extra for free and complain when they can't get it."

"They’re authorized and when you ask for receipt, it will cost you $0.50-$1 depending on what shipping carrier you’re using when dropping off your item. Please be aware of extra cost. They said shipping carrier does not provide them paper receipt to give to customer, how? Any drop off place would give you receipt with no extra charge. This is the first and only place that will charge you for receipt. Should have read the review before coming in. So many complaints about this extra charge, for sure he’s trying to make a quick buck for those that don’t know"
