"I recently bought a pair of $60 flip flops and a wetsuit. I mention the price of the sandals only because I generally expect an item's price to reflect its quality and while they're certainly are sandals that cost more, $60 is well above average in the world of mass produced beachwear. The bottom peeled from pair 1 on day 1. The bottom peeled from pair 2 on day 3. I super glued pair 3 and learned a lesson... Wetsuit 1 fell apart in under 2 months. Wetsuit 2 was coming apart when I exchanged it for suit 3 and I'm just at the 6 month mark. RC had it's day and was great once upon a time. Today it seems just a fancy name printed on garbage. It's a neat trick they accomplished getting me to buy it but it won't happen again. Hopefully I can save you the hassle!"

"First time going body surfing with my 10 year old daughter. We rented wet suits and boogie boards. There where two people helping us out that day and they where supper helpful! We had a great time and my daughter is now in love with body surfing. We took a break for lunch and went to the subway next door. The young lady that helped us came running out of the store to see how we enjoyed the surf and the equipment. That was fantastic customer service. We will be back next time we are in Pacific Beach."

"Was in there a couple of weeks ago and was treated so nice by the people there. I had bought some wetsuit shirts from the San Clemente store (where the girl there basically ignored us! Annoying!) And I had to return them to PB since we live in San Diego. The staff was awesome and so friendly. You could tell the management was on top of it. Thanks to Betty and crew for the reasons we want to return!"
