"The shipping was positive and within the expected time frame. The car arrived damage free and the driver was friendly and cooperative. There are a few items that need clarifying. The bank and location given to transfer the fee was not clear, one email indicated a branch in San Diego and another email indicated a branch in New York. I was disappointed in being charged an extra $75.00 for gasoline for the vehicle and starter fluid. When the vehicle was received I expected there would be at least half a tank of gas, however the gauges indicated empty. If the car needed gas I understand a certain charge but I expected some gas in the tank when I received the car."
