I gave this clinic 3 stars because the receptionist was very irritated and even went to the extent on hanging up on me. Super unprofessional support staff."

"The phlebotomist in the lab has been extremely unprofessional and rude to myself, several members of my family, and other patients on every occasion. She gets mad that people come to get their blood drawn and she actually has to work for what she is being paid for. Her behavior is absolutely ridiculous and if I were her manager I would seriously inquire into her desire to continue in the field she is in, let alone wanting to be employed at all, because she makes it very clear she doesn't want to work. She actually protested to an entire room of patients waiting to get lab work done, "Doesn't anyone know there are other places you can go to get your blood drawn?!" Why would anyone drive to a different location when there is a lab right in the same building as our doctors??? She is clearly very lazy and she doesn't deserve her position. There are many other people out there that would love to have that job and Aurora should find them and let this rotten egg go."
