"Great prices when you bundle"
"One call all problems solved"
"My 80yr old mother closed on her house 7/7/18. A call was placed to cancel the homeowners policy as of that date at midnight. Today, 9/18/18 she received a letter from a collection agency for her $91.00 payment. We called her agency office to get this resolved. Because of their short comings, now we have to send a bill of sale to the house to them. The office manager kept talking over my mother, so I got on the phone, where she continued to talk over me. After telling me to take this up with the insurance company directly, she finally settled down enough for me to get the email in thier office to send tge documents to. We will send the bill of sale to her and see if this lousy customer service is corrected. If so, this will be removed. After all we all have bad days. An insurance agent when you need them, not sure."
