"Worst attitude, they charge for everything, like just for hold an envelope, I had been a customer for more than 10 yrs, Once a had to pay 1 dollar (for holding) but I forgot my wallet at home and Luz said: You dont have an account so I had to go back to home and bring a dollar. I am serously thinking to change after more than 10 yrs."

"I took a friend from Haiti to get fingerprinted at this location. The lady in charge told us he couldn’t get fingerprinted because he did not have a stamp on his passport. He had documents that show he is lawfully here. I really feel that he was discriminated by the staff lady with the dark hair because he is black and Haitian. I’m sure if he was Mexican the Mexican lady would have serviced him. I will not be going to this location ran by racists and I would urge everybody to not support this location and their racial profiling and horrible customer service. Avoid this place like the plague."
