"Everyone was fantastic from reception to recovery. A special thank you to all my nurses. Christy was so good with my iv catheter and calming my nerves before the procedure. Devon took me to surgery and had a voice and mannerism that said "you're in good hands, we've got this, everything's going to be fine." I don't remember my surgery nurse's name because my anesthesiologist did too good a job, but she had such focus I knew the whole team was working with safety and efficiency. My anesthesiologist whose name I also can't remember for good reason and because he said so many words. And Dr. Sienkiewicz - I can feel how meticulous you must have been in surgery. Thank you all for your expertise and dedication!"

"I have health insurance through my Native American tribe. Aurora billed my insurance without issue for 3 years and every service was covered. Then suddenly this year without notice or reason they decided that my tribal insurance was no longer valid and refuse to try billing it. They initially said they called and verified my insurance would cover appointments and that I had no copay’s. They then again refused to bill, after they verified they could and have in the past. They lied to me over the phone stating that they called my insurance and verified it was “limited insurance” that does not cover most things, which it is not. They are assuming because it’s tribal insurance it isn’t valid. Supervisors refuse to return my call after leaving messages and taking time off work to deal with this issue."

He is a great therapist and an awesome person to work with. He is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend him."

"In my 20+ years of seeing doctors I've never had to wait 40 minutes PAST my appointment time. Nurse told me the doctor sees you within 20 minutes of your appointment time. I've never heard that before. He's a good orthopedic doctor, just make sure not to have anything planned after your doctor appointment. You might not be able to make it...."
