"Terrible experience with Bluebird Freight. I purchased an item via Overstock and received a call from this company to schedule a delivery. I scheduled the delivery and took the day off as I was told I needed to be home to sign. The rep confirmed my info and had me confirm delivery address. My window delivery period was 8-12pm. At 1:30pm I receive a call from the driver trying to confirm my address - the address was for Buckeye but he only services Scottsdale. He thought it was wrong when he saw it on his list of deliveries this morning but neve thought to call and check - instead he calls and ask me to confirm my address and then proceeds to tell me that he doesn't deliver to my area and he knew it was wrong when he saw it on his list but failed to mention it to his dispatch or anyone. He has the office call me to correct - now they can't deliver until Monday ( I needed this item for this weekend - which is why I specifically scheduled for Friday and took the day of when they gave me my delivery options.) So now they will deliver on Monday and conveniently I no longer need to be around to sign. Poor service and poor communication from the driver to his dispatch team - the minute he noticed the delivery error he should have make someone aware."
