"I was driving on the freeway and the bus driver driving bus 972, number on bus was 201811 license plate 32803W2 almost pushed me into the wall in the carpool lane on the freeway. The driver in this bus was driving very carelessly and they had students on board as well. I was in the middle of the lane when the bus driver merged over I tried to honk multiple times and they did not stop so I did stop of course. The driver in this bus needs more training on safety and driving a bus. Horrible."

"Rude dispatcher and assistant manager. There has been a lack of communication since day 1 with this company on transportation with my child. When my child registered for school last year, STA was supposed to call and start scheduling rides but never did until a month later AFTER I called them. When I addressed the issue with the dispatcher, they said that they showed up and didn't see any children there. Somehow they got the wrong address on file when I asked them. Okay. I get it. Mistakes happen. I've let it slide a few times since then whenever there's a substitute driver because they claim they park in front of my residence when no on shows up and I have to call the dispatcher everytime. I understand that they cover a huge area of Riverside, but I couldn't today because they claimed a bus driver showed up to my residence when they did not at all. Keep in mind that it wasn't the everyday bus driver that arrived to my residence because she's so courteous and nice with my child. This has only happened whenever there's a sub driver. When I first addressed this issue with dispatcher, she didn't want to hear me and claimed she was the supervisor. I asked to speak to a manager and got transferred to the assistant manager who starts yelling at me saying there isn't no communication issue and that it is my resposibility to take care of this. Well you're right, sir. Of course it is my resonsibility. That's why I was calling him to address the issue. Anyways, it got nowhere and I really debated on writing a letter to corporate because this has been an ongoing issue. However, an hour later, I find out from the bus driver who comes late says that there has been a new time pick-up for my child at 645 instead of 700. This is without any written correspondence or communication beforehand to me. This is what I mean. STA needs to either hire competent management with people skills or provide a customer service class on providing efficient and respectful service to people because if there isn't any communication, I can't help but wonder if I can trust this company providing transportation to my child. If you also look on the Press Enterprise, there's a legal issue going on with them that I won't put on here but it goes back to communication and it makes me reconsider receiving their services for my child."

"I gave to they only one star because the air conditioning never are working, I'm calling the office a lot the times for report the air conditioning.. In 2015-2016 school year I make the first report because the route 101 the air conditioning was no working but they never do nothing ,in 2016- 2017 school year I called again to report the air conditioning still broken, but same they don't fixed. In this year my daughter have another route 134 but today 8/31/2017 when I when to pick up her from the bus all bus windows are open, and is too hot 114 degrees I asked to the driver why all windows are open and she said, the air conditioning is no working very well and is better with windows open but the outside wind is too hot, my daughter was sweety.... please parents ask about air conditioning to the drivers please they need to do something."
