"I always get good customer service when doing my amazon returns"
"The guy working today on Sunday March 3rd, 2024 refused to take my prepaid amazon return package stating they do not take USPS packages anymore after waiting 23 mins in line. The girl in front of me shipped hers via USPS!! I have never in my life heard of this for USPS after paying $18.56 for a lyft to take me there and back"
"I frequent this store often. I returned three Amazon orders. I was told with an attitude from the short front desk guy with an accent and a salt and pepper beard, that I should have screenshot my return labels because the line is so long (one person behind me at that time) and it’s taking too long; mind you, the returns were complete, I just had to click once and then back once for the next item return. When I said, yes that would work if I had different items; however, I have three of the same items with different colors and the QR description does not show which is what, he got an attitude. Although I was already ready with the final return and packaged up the final item into a bag to assist with the process, he started unfolding new boxes, taping them and throwing a few items he had sitting in his area into the boxes to make me wait. He even taped a box without having anything else to add to it just to make me wait longer. When he came back to me he was still rude, asked if I was ready. When I said yes, I’ve been ready the whole time, he then commented on my phone going to sleep (explains how long I was waiting). He got even more rude along with another employee (younger tall guy) who told me that I should not have gotten an attitude with him. Not once until the young guy said something did give attitude back to anyone. Not a voice/tone/verbal change at all. Once he said that I defended myself saying that he is upset because his suggestion would not work for me but that two can play with attitude and taking our time. He then said in a aggressive voice, “good day ma’am” and handed me the receipt. He then proceeded to rip the receipt out of my hand because he was so discombobulated that he handed me the store return receipt as well. What the heck!! WOW, when did it become okay to attempt to put your hands on a customer in any way, criticize customers, rudely tell them what to do (even through his suggestion was incorrect in my instance), get mad at the customer because he was wrong, make other customers wait while throwing a fit, allow another employee justify his attitude, and making the other customers wait because he wasn’t doing his job. He should be fired! Both of them should be."
"A store employee was walking around the store taking Amazon returns with his portable machine scanner. He didnt even approach me to ask me if i had a amazon return. But he did ask the customers behind me in line if they had an Amazon return and he took their amazon returns. Also that person didn't even greet me in line but greeted everybody else. They also charged $1.50 to seal my box. I know they have a sign stating it costs $1.50 to seal my box. But he uses only one long piece of tape to seal my box. I never had a UPS Store charge me to seal up a box let alone for one strip of packaging tape."
"First let me say that I have a 1 star because I couldn't leave a review otherwise. Approximately mid July I started a UPS claim as my DeLonghi coffee had to be shipped out for repair. They took my claim and was told they would call me. Before I was told it was rejected I never received a call or email. I placed another claim based on the general $100.00 all packages are received. Again they said they would call which they never did. I went in weekly, sometimes twice a week. Yesterday I went in to ask the progress and they wouldn't give it to me. I was told the guy that takes care of the claims would be back tomorrow which I had been told before. I asked for that person's name, the owner or managers name and the rude person behind the counter refused to give me any information. I asked his name and he would not give me information. I have been coming to this store since the week it opened many years ago. Today I go in and the " person that handles the claims" would not give me the information about my claim, his number or at of the manager, owner or the rude worker who helped me the day before. The " Claim guy" was just as rude of not more. It appears they are related as they share the same bad attitude & lack of manners. I've never received such horrible customer servic. I would advise against gong to this UPS Store if you expect honesty, and good customer service. I would use the store on the East end in Moreno Valley or any other UPS store. These people have no class or honor."
