"Managing lot of drivers daily is no easy feat, especially when dealing with those who lack proper manners. It's not just frustrating; it's downright stressful. Unfortunately, due to some drivers consistently leaving our restroom in a messy state, not flushing, and even breaking things, we've had to make the tough call to restrict access. Imagine facing that situation repeatedly – it's not something anyone would tolerate willingly. Now, waiting is another challenge we grapple with. When the warehouse isn't buzzing with activity, loading and unloading times can be swift. But, during peak periods, waiting becomes inevitable. We share the common goal of ensuring drivers get in and out quickly, but, as you know, things don't always align with our ideal scenario. Came across a review mentioning a boy from front desk with an attitude. Just wanted to clear the air— I'd bet you might have been the one pushing some buttons."

"ridicoulos place….3 hours already on street and still counting to get a door….they dont allow restroom for drivers….avoid it at all costs if u want your time to be respected"

"Waiting time was 5 hr in middle of the street on busy road now . no restrooms for drivers, The boy at the front desk has a bad attitude ！Many trucks that arrived late were not allowed to serve in accordance with FCFS. The management was terrible ！！！But loading workers are nicely !"
