"I pen this electronic missive with a heaviness in my heart, one that stems not from personal woes but rather from witnessing grievous professional misconduct during my tenure at ABF. It is with considerable distaste that I wish to bring to your attention the malfeasance of our current Terminal Manager, a figure whose presence has turned increasingly toxic and detrimental to the harmony of our workplace. As we made the leap into 2022, I had an experience that shone a glaring light onto the unprofessionalism that permeates our management structure. A minor technical glitch in the company's browser failed to record my lunch break. However, our TM took this as an opportunity to exercise a verbal tirade that was both distasteful and utterly demeaning in nature. In lieu of good faith and reason, he chose to verbally threaten and deride me, claiming that their infallible system showed I did not record my break. Notwithstanding my encounter, I have stood witness to other instances of such unprofessional conduct from the TM. He has shown no qualms talking down to my fellow Teamsters, a regular display of harassment and belittlement that we are unwillingly subjected to. This, in itself, is an outrage, a flagrant violation of any respectful workplace's ethos. To compound matters, the TM resorts to deceitful practices, taking it upon himself to fabricate warning letters, a clear breach of company policy and, arguably, legal boundaries. My records contain ample evidence of this. This is no mere slander makeshift to discredit someone I personally disagree with - I stand ready to present my proof when called upon. His actions and behavior are not only a disgrace but also an act of undermine to the prestige of ABF. This is a company that I, and numerous others, take pride in being part of. To see its sanctity violated by one individual's capricious actions feels akin to a personal affront. I pen down this information not to create discord but to fight for both my professional rights and the peace of my fellow Teamsters. Our pleas are simple - we seek a safe, respectful, and harassment-free work environment. Concerning situation regarding the complaints that numerous team members have raised to Human Resources via email. Unfortunately, the follow-up actions taken by HR have not resulted in satisfactory outcomes, leaving us feeling unheard and with no resolution in sight. It seems as though our concerns are being disregarded and swept under the rug. It is with great reservation that we are considering taking legal action to address these unresolved matters, as HR has been unable to provide concrete and effective solutions. P.S. Silence in the face of injustice aids the oppressor. Hence, I have taken the decision to make my observations public. ABF deserves a terminal manager who is not a malefactor in a suit. A manager who respects its employees and fosters a healthy working environment, unlike the current one."

Got the cubes packed up and now they refuse to come. Horrible service. They don’t care about what they promise. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY."
