"Zero stars!!! I called a week before to schedule a trip for my Grandma and they even called the day before to confirm. The day of was a no show and when I called to check, they said her vehicle has been re-routed, no reason why, no replacement, nothing! So now she has no ride and has to cancel the appointment. How infuriating!!! Not reliable, do not use!!!"
