"This is by far the worst store I’ve ever been into ever. Service is horrible. The workers have no idea what’s going on. Management is horrible which is why the wrest of the team is trash. Your better off going to champs or literally any other sports store. I’ve been inside 4 times. Each time got worse and worse."

"My wife and I walked in to Lids at Cabazon this past Sunday because she wanted to buy me a Yankees cap. We got me a Jersey and a cap, both from the 1931 era Black Yankees negro league. Ben gave us a great discount, and his great attitude made up for the other times I walked into this store and was ignored completely. He was respectful and we appreciated the attention he gave us. "It says it’s open 11am-7pm, it 11;15am and is still closed. I have called a few times and nobody picks up the phone. I see people inside but they just walk away."
