"Nice facility, but the competence of the staff is not to par. Saw Dr. Isbister on the 29th, said he would call that evening with results. Crickets- no phone call. Sent mychart message on the 2nd, message from nurse received that she will forward to Dr. Sent another message asking as well as phone call on the 5th. Response was "clinic is busy today, maybe he can call back later". Yesterday, the 9th, my phone was on silent and I missed his phone call. 6 business days later! His voice mail was he would call again but now it is the 10th and still no word. I'm upset because according to Dr Google, my results should be addressed. I called my GP, and they said they won't address it, only Dr Isbister who saw me can. Over the past year I've realized Froedtert's quality of general practitioner's is terrible. The nurse that took my blood gave me a huge bruise, attached is the photo from 6 days later. After this ordeal, I'll be looking for new medical group."

"We had our children seeing Dr. Kurre. Trying to get them in is impossible. We had to schedule our youngest appointments, up to his one year 8 months in advanced and we still had to fight to get appointments near when he needed to go in each of the months. We scheduled appointments more than once that we had to cancel because she would decide to be out of the office. Her team and her do not listen to the concerns of parents and repeatedly blew off anything we brought up. I would stay far away from this clinic and this doctor."

"Dr. Zikos is an excellent listener. My blood pressure is always high because of my 45 minutes of travel time on I-94. She follows the rules and takes my blood pressure twice during our visit. FYI - I arrived home after lunch at Subway, shopping at Kohl's, and getting books from the bookmobile. When I relaxed for an hour, my blood pressure was 118/66/68. Thank you, Dr. Zikos. You're the GREATEST!"

"So normally I don’t fill these out. And the Doctors here are awesome. But the reception here is absolutely awful. Idk if the hate themselves or working here or just don’t like there jobs, but the last thing the care about is you when you call. You could be dying on the phone and they will tell you would you like an appointment in two weeks. No common sense, no respect besides what ever they feel. The mask thing is beyond dumb, I got yelled out for not using there specific mask like I’m An adolescent child. But if you call them 3 or 4 times and tell them you need to speak to your doctor, they might pass the message on. I call them the resistance, because they try to find every way to resist you anyway the can. It’s really messed up."
