"I have been going there for over 6 years with chronic dry eyes seeing two different physicians. The technicians would do most of the work for eye glass prescriptions and confirmed by the Dr. But each visit was more about my dry eyes only getting worse. Each visit I would leave with "try something different" or "just keep doing what you are doing". No explanations of the issue. No name to what was causing it or why I should do "something different" each time. I also always struggled with their new glass prescriptions but the physicians would state they are not optical people so there was a real disconnect with how my eyes were reacting to new glasses. I would go months with headaches and being nauseas trying to adjust to new eyewear. I was always told it was better to go to a MD versus an Optometrist for my specific eye issues. But I needed different results so I finally tried a business with an Optometrist who had a vested interest in my eye glasses and vision health. She was very thorough, explained to me what I have been doing wrong and that I have a specific gland dysfunction. She also worked directly with her optician to make sure I was fitted properly. After ONE visit and new glasses my dry eyes are greatly improved and I needed NO adjustment to new glasses! I think MEA is more about doing surgery. On top of all this, I was just in the same medical building where their practice was and there is sign, sort of off in a corner, that said they moved. There were numerous patients in the building looking for them as well. It would have been nice to have received some type of notice."

"Horrible. They called me twice to reschedule my appointment and then when I showed up on time, the office was closed despite signs on the door stating they were open at that hour. The cleaning staff told me the office was closed. I called scheduling and was told that someone left a vm message for me to call to reschedule and admitted that no one had spoken with me. So now the appointment is rescheduled for a third time. I want to find a different provider. Even though this office is associated with Pro Health, they refuse to use the MyChart or the text message option to keep patients informed."

"I got something in my eye on Tuesday. Tried rinsing it out and suffered for a few days hoping it would resolve. Finally, called Medical Eye Associates on Friday morning around 10:40am. Explained my circumstance. They offered two appointment times (11:20 or 11:30) that same day. I took the 11:20 and arrived promptly. Was seen shortly where they did typical intake stuff (eye chart, pressure, etc.). Then asked to wait to see the Dr. Dr. Butler saw me roughly around Noon. Found two metal slivers in my eye. Proceeded to successfully remove them. Prescribed drops. I was out by 12:15 I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I felt this experience served me VERY well. In less than 2hrs from calling, my issue was taken care of completely. You saved my weekend (as well as the rest of my day). I am grateful. Thank you."
