"My son has a rare genetic disorder, medically complex, had five surgeries by the time he was 2 years old, he's been through it. After a year of trying to get a prescription filled for an adapted stroller through waukesha pediatrics, checking in once a month to see how it's going, Sarah S called me to tell me I had dropped the ball on completing the prescription needed for obtaining the stroller. She was the same person that yelled at my son, autistic, sensory processing disorder, one of the vulnerable community we were wearing masks for, for not being able to wear a mask, he was 4. After a year of trying to get this stroller followed by the gaslighting by Sarah, we decided to change pediatrician offices, upon word that we were switching, waukesha pediatrics immediately canceled another prescription for medical equipment, causing a lapse in care for my disabled child."
