"Michael was the utmost professional from the time of my first text to ask about availability, all the way to confirming my booking the day before, to my delivery to the airport. On the morning of my scheduled ride he showed up several minutes early and sent me a text let me know he was there but to take my time. I expressed that I needed some additional help with getting my bags inside the airport to the bag check. So, he parked and helped me wheel in my bags personally. That was above and beyond. I definitely felt that his customer focused care was genuine. I can’t recommend him highly enough."
"Mike at South OC On The Go is absolutely incredible. He showed up early to pick us up, all 6 of us and our luggage fit very comfortably in his suburban, and we had a great ride to John Wayne. Literally the least stressed I’ve ever been going to the airport. Coming home from our return flight was just as excellent. Mike was waiting for us when we arrived, he got us all home comfortably and smoothly. Mike’s car is extremely clean, he’s a great driver, and is super nice on top of everything! "Mike is a Gem! We met him for the first time on a ride to LAX. We had to leave our house at the unconscionable hour of 3AM- and he arrived early. Mike is reliable and honest, and we loved talking with him. The only downside is Mike is a One Man Show, so you best book him early."
