"I get some of my monthly blood work done here and have NEVER had a pleasant experience. I'm a breast cancer survivor and the nurses at Luke's compared to these nurses is night and day. Here they are rude, crabby and ruff. I leave with a pretty good hematoma every time. Apparently non of them like their job. After today's visit, I will never go back."

"Good experiences with two different specialists at this location. Both caring and dedicated professionals. Support staff and office crews work with provider to meet patients’ needs. Facility is easy to get to, great parking, clean and well maintained."

"Entire Reception Staff at the front desk are rude, not welcoming. They speak to the doctors on the phone like angels then hang up the phone and talk to you with an attitude. A few of them need to retire or find a different profession if they hate the public. Not once but every single time I have an appointment these women are rude to me and all I'm trying to do is check in or make in appointment."

"I had two visits there. The first visit, the therapist listened to me. It seemed fine. My second visit the psychiatrist informed me that the therapist couldn't do an evaluation because I was late for the first appointment which wasn't true and then she made judgment calls on my appearance. Her referral was ridiculous. After this experience, I will not be going back."

"The doctors, receptionist, phone triage and staff are awesome. I cannot say the same for NP of Urgent Care. He is by far the worse medical professional I ever experienced. He is unprofessioal, rude, and extremely insensitive- uncompassionate. I saw him playing solitare on his computer when he should be researching new medical trends. He makes all NP look bad. Other than this sorry excuse for a human being, everyone else rocks. Sad to see Jane leave, it should have been Mr. P to leave the medical industry, not Jane-ever!!!! Avoid the Urgent Care here but see the regular staff- they do rock!!!!"
