"Dropped off some packages and they charged me for some tape. Never had a UPS charge for a couple of strips of packing tape. Ridiculous."

"I've had to use this location for drop-offs a few times. With the staples on PCH closing, I'm going to have to visit this store more frequently and I am absolutely dreading it. Whoever is behind the counter is always friendly however, there is ZERO urgency in anything they do. Long conversations with customers while other people are in line is not acceptable. Nobody wants to visit a UPS store and we all just want to get out of there as soon as possible. Cut out the chit-chat and this place will be much better. I also plan on reaching out to UPS to let them know because if you're visiting this place 4 times a week, you should be able to get your packages scanned and out the door as quickly as possible."

"Anna, has the worst customer service skills I have ever come across. Never says hello, thank you or goodbye. She just does this little "grunt" noise when you leave. She is just plain and simply "RUDE". I can understand having an occasional bad day but everyday, come on. I am in customer service as well and I would expect to be fired if I treated customers like this. Guess when you own the place you can't fire yourself. I have been in this store many times just for convenience, hoping one day she will change. As the 8 ball says "outlook not looking good". Have a nice day Anna."
