"I'm leaving this location a Super Negative review. For the service I was given over the phone. I asked to be helped by the morning onsite Notary I explained my situation and what I needed. I Was given awful customer service experience, no compassion, and a we don't provide notary service. To the owner of this location get a new set of team members or train your staff adequately have you not seen your Yelp and Google reviews you guys provide delinquent service."

"Went into this store and was greeted by a rep by the name of Maria. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, she explained all the steps I needed to take for a package return. She walked me through the process and and I was on my way in a matter or minutes. I highly recommend this store."

"Nobody showed up for work. Got there at opening before work and not only was the cage down, but the lights were off and there wasn’t a single employee to be seen. Four other customers were already there and said they hadn’t seen anyone. I had to leave to get to work on time. Totally unprofessional."

I was annoyed about making the shipment I had to by a deadline, and I walked out with a complete mood shift thanks to Diana. She was absolutely phenomenal! Professional, efficient, and her positive energy was calming and got me through a bad moment. She truly loves and takes pride in her work, and I noticed that the second I was greeted by her.
