"Absolutely no words are available to me after reading the notations made in my son's chart after a serious question I had a dire need to discuss with my son's new Psychiatrist. The staff member who took my call actually thought I was being dishonest about the facts I had discussed and had even put key words I used in "quotations" as if the situation was a joke. Obviously they had never been put into a situation like ours. Some people only see a paycheck when they are"working". How unfair and unfortunate. I cannot and will not recommend them due to how the result of our circumstances have remained the same. The Hawaiian people use a word called Ohana. Our entire Ohana matters. I will advocate for our entire Ohana until my dying breath."

"I have been going here for a few years, and have liked my care up until now. From a customer service standpoint, they're atrocious. I have been trying to talk to a LIVE person all morning regarding test results and I have been playing phone tag, or being sent messages to my MyChart instead of calling me back. Completely unprofessional and I'm disappointed that no one can pick up the phone to speak to me directly. Cowards."
