"The staff and doctor were friendly. But...I went there specifically for a physical (100% covered by my insurance). When prompted, I brought up a couple health concerns that were discussed and checked totaling an extra 5-10 minutes. They ended up billing me an extra $389 for a separate office visit on top of the physical without even mentioning it! This is not covered by insurance so it comes out of my pocket. They are not transparent. Is this the state of healthcare everywhere? Just drum up extra charges because the original work didn't make them enough money already?!"

"I've always had pleasant interaction with office staff and nurses. I of course like my doctor too, but speaking of the business as a whole I do not factor that into my review. Office staff will call to remind you to pick up your hand-written scripts, and to make follow-up visits if you forget to stop at the desk on your way out."

"They like to dump people in their time of need and leave them without care for 2 1 2/ months before able to get a new patient appointment somewhere else. Now I will suffer with none of my meds, and THOUGHT I FOUND THE PERFECT DOCTOR but I was wrong. Don't bother going here, it's a waste of time. I was a patient for about 5 years and they did this to me right after difficulties with one of my surgeries."
