"Terrible location. The guy behind the counter was rude and very unhelpful. I tried to drop off a prepaid Amazon return and the guy insisted I had to pay to return it. Amazon return said no charge but this guy wanted to charge me $2.50. I asked to see a manager and he said he was the only one there and he had been there 5 years and wouldn't help me. Don't bother making the trip here. Just go to another location."

"Shawn at The UPS Store was so helpful and great to work with. At the last minute, we realized that we needed 20 more workbooks for a training session starting in just a few hours. I emailed the document to Shawn and he got everything printed in time for the session! And to top it off, Shawn realized after they'd been picked up that 3 of the workbooks got left behind. He called me and then drove the workbooks himself to the hotel where the session was being held. Talk about customer service! I highly recommend!"
