"Movers were very slow, took smoke breaks, had to go get gas, all while on the clock and charged me for that time. Damaged my $3500 couch and owner was very dismissive on the damage. He even said he would come over the next day to see what he could do after I sent him pictures. Owner no called/no showed. At the end, they tried to charge be more than $1,000 more than what I was quoted. Ended up paying well more than double what I was quoted. Overall, was very displeased with the company, the laziness of the workers that were sent over, and the lack of caring from the owner. If I had to recommend a company, it would not be them based on my experience with them."
