"Need to be scheduled for unnecessary testing while doctors withhold your critical medicine refills? Want unwarranted charges to be put on your bill without means of having them removed? Want to be surrounded by practitioners who never ever listen to you or your needs? How about a records system that never keeps track of any urgent care visits (even back when they did so) because that might keep them from performing and charging you for MORE UNNECESSARY TESTING. Here’s the hospital for you!"

"The “specialty” surgeon performed a c7 disc replacement. The results were life changing, and not in a good way. The disc went alright, but complications with swelling, loss of vocals and extreme discomfort from the strapping down left me in agony. It’s been 2 years!!! The doc, well he called it “pre-existing”. So I traded one issue for several. Not a good choice. Post surgical care was so bad that I didn’t return."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. My doctor did a procedure incorrectly, and admitted it immediately after. She did not fix it on the spot and when I was experiencing discomfort the next day I called to get an appointment or at the very least talk to a nurse. No one called me back for a day and a half. When I finally got an appointment several days later, she still didn’t fix the mistake and only referred me to another doctor who I couldn’t get into for a MONTH! Worst experience at a clinic, terrible customer service, they are ridiculously slow in returning calls/messages. Totally unacceptable care and I would never recommend anyone to go here."
