"Just outsource anything through medical imaging. It's not worth dealing with the lady there. She doesn't care about you and gets defensive so quickly. They cancelled my appointment and didn't bother to tell me so I had asked why and she just kept repeating that she doesn't make the rules. Didn't make any sense and wouldn't try to schedule me or make any attempts to help me understand what went wrong. It was a rushed conversation even though there was no one behind me and when I left she just went back to looking at her computer. Maybe I don't know the whole situation but I felt disrespected and I will be finding a different hospital to get my care through."

"Don't listen to or take patients concerns, family history or current pressing health issues into consideration when dealing with or treating a patient. Tend to treat their patients like they are stupid and can't know anything about there own health. I've repeatedly been treated and told that I'm faking stuff or over reaction. Only to prove them wrong later when things turn worse and I have to seek care else where. They also killed my mom by missing the right diagnosis do to there inability to step back and look at all the signs and family health history."

"They don’t allow you to call from your car when you have Covid symptoms to be tested the receptionist was extremely rude and hung up on me if they allowed- stars I would give them negative then they refused to see my son because he had Covid like symptoms"

"My entire family loves Dr. Koontz. He's been our family Dr. for over 20 years and will be until he retires. He's caring, knowledgeable and always takes time to listen and never makes you feel rushed. It's too bad more physicians are not like him."
