My previous 1 Star review: Worst service ever. I have been here to ship items several times and every time I have been encountered by rude customer service. I wasn't the only one treated with disrespect, there was an elderly woman who came in, and it was clear that she did not know the process of how to do the returns, which is understandable - but the way the UPS staff received her was just blatantly rude. They were speaking to her as if she was just supposed to magically know the process. I don't know why everyone here is so miserable. I hate going here, but have to when amazon returns are through ups only."

"I absolutely recommend this UPS Store, the best service every time I need to ship anything! Very efficiently ran, the team here is amazing and provides the best customer service. I’ve never spent more than 10 minutes to ship packages, even during the holidays. The teamwork is commendable and they always have smiles and are very positive which is a big difference from the post office. On my last visit, Marisa, caught that one of my packages had a pre-printed USPS label and told me not to worry, they would get it to them. I was so grateful! I will never go anywhere else!!"
