If it isn't a simple problem that you might be able to navigate through the computer, you are out of luck. Terible customer service and dishonest advertising on there web sight."

"The automated UPS service center phone system is terrible. I tried to find out about a missed delivery (requiring a signature) and the system absolutely won’t let you talk to a real person without a tracking number. But the UPS delivery person did NOT leave a tracking number on the door tag notice. A terrible system. I hoped UPS would be better than the olde USPS system, but alas, it in no better."

"Got my amazon packages lost because there was a mistake on how they were labeled. I contacted the general customer service line which directed me here. They said my package was on hold with a few days to pick it up. When I arrived the staff almost immediately knew about the packages and made sure I got it. Were friendly chatted a bit before I left. Nice to see the folks delivering through the county. Thanks guys!"
