"Great experience with Propel. After calling a couple of e-bike sellers in west LA who weren’t willing to offer test rides and were generally unhelpful, had a great conversation with Nancy who was very knowledgeable about the range of Tern bikes I was looking at made it easy to decide. In the end I didn’t arrange a test ride as I felt so confident based on the conversation and information given via phone / email. Ordering process was very simple and they kept me updated as the e-bike was received, built, tested and delivered, including opportunity to do an in-person test ride to be sure all was good with our new bike. We unfortunately had an issue with one of the wheels after a while and Propel’s after care service was awesome — Kyle came back to first repair and then replace the wheel under warranty. Very accommodating with schedule and turned up promptly to resolve the issue. I was a bit concerned buying from a store an hour or so away but Propel have over delivered, very smooth communication throughout and expert bike tech support right at my front door.
