"worst of many worlds -extra high fees across the board, especially for low income folks i.e. overdraft etc -takes weeks to receive debit cards by mail a la 1990s -multiple small fees for just checking balance etc. etc. -no atm deposit capability -they will getcha at every turn. +employees are overly nice, because this matters more to many people than the actual quality of service. disclaimer. i despise all banks, just another antiquated parasitic institution acting at will, protected by status quo and a total lack of consumer protection. this one is a little worse than the rest. Umpqua is a limited function little local bank pretending to be a big bank and charging as such."
