"I personally bank with this bank and I love it it's very small and tightly knitted you know everybody in there and they are really wonderful about walking you through the process whether it be a fraud attempt or even just opening up a bank account with them love this branch love this team"

"If you are a local, you can walk in and the tellers remember you by name. They are always friendly, quick and helpful with each customer. They even offer a hot drink and cookies! We've never had a bad experience."

"They break FDIC laws the ladies named Annette and Cheryl spread rumors as well as give account information out. They show favoritism to those who they like ignore others who people spread bad rumors about.just about every bad discriminating or vicious rumor spreading comes through this bank branch in that town, I know this personally because my step mother was employed there some years back. They cash checks that are not written out to the people cashing them this branch of Bank of Hemet is absolutely the worst branch of Bank of Hemet."

"So I noticed there was a Bank of Hemet on my daily route in Anza, Ca. So I called and inquired about opening a business account with them. They answered a few questions, asked me a few questions, then had me stop at their branch in Anza. I arrived at bank, At first the lady was helpfull, until I asked to use the restroom. I was told they didn't have a public restroom. Ok. I waited until I couldn't wait any longer. I then told lady I really had to use the restroom. She indicated some places in walking distance. Behold none of them had public restrooms. Went back into bank, told lady I would have to drive somewhere to find a restroom. I have left and comeback now from using the restroom up the street at dairy queen. So now the lady tells me, they can not open my business account because I don't live close enough to their bank and my business address is not close enough to their bank. Reason being is because they like to visit in person their business accounts. What below par customer service. I call bull. They wouldn't even let me use their bathroom. Backward ass hick establishment."
