"My son recently completed the courses at Northwest. Beforehand he had some major issues with controlling his feelings and was getting into a lot of trouble. I was told about Northwest Journey through some physicians I was working with while trying to get him under control. Once he was accepted into the program and started going they were able to work with him and learning how to control his emotions and how to interact with people better. He loved going there and was sad to be done however he has come a long way and is now a full time student and doing well. If your child is having some kind of issues anger, sadness, social problems etc, I highly recommend them. The program takes place in a home setting which to me is a lot more inviting than a hospital setting type of place.
