I always left feeling like all my questions and concerns had been addressed. During the delivery, they were knowledgable and took control of the situation when my daughter had a scary moment. "We cannot speak highly enough of Teri, Becky and Heidi and how they helped us approach the birth of our first child. We very much wanted a natural birth and they helped us achieve this in every way. Throughout our entire pregnancy they were professional, knowledgable and open minded, always listening to the concerns of my husband and I. They gave us excellent pre-natal care, birthing classes and the tools we felt we needed to get ready for the arrival our little one. During our labor and delivery, they could not have been more kind, supportive and also hands off when we needed it. I felt that they anticipated our needs before we even knew them ourselves, and as a first time mom, I was grateful for that. The birth far exceeded our expectations and they dealt with my teary breakdown and sudden lack of confidence on the morning of our birth with kindness and care. They took time to explain things to us each step of the way, went over various options as issues arised, both holistic and more medically inclined, and I always felt we were working as a team. With their support and expertise, our daughter was brought into the world in a peaceful, calm and nurturing environment and my husband and I have the gift of the memory of a positive and beautiful birth. They were also wonderful in helping me establishing breastfeeding immediately following birth, and with all postpartum healing. Without question, we would choose them again for future children.
