"Surprisingly good experience as a business client without a scheduled appointment. Earlier that day we failed to get help at a different location, 2704 Loker Ave W, Carlsbad, CA 92010. The staff there was not knowledgeable nor friendly. So we tried this location instead. When we first walked in, there were no greeters or staff to direct personal versus business clients. We waited by the front area for about 10 minutes before an employee spoke with us. After we identified ourselves as a business client, we were asked to wait for a member of the business team to finish their scheduled appointments before we were helped. We waited another 15 minutes and were helped by Armando Ortiz, Business Solutions Advisor. Armando was professional, friendly, and efficient. He did not push any products or services on us, and addressed our needs. Armando also seems to be fluent in both English and Spanish which is fantastic. Armando did a great job and we appreciate him!"

"Don't go there. They have no clue about their business. Went there once to open the account for my daughter. They told us those are the documents you are missing. We brought the missing documents and after more then an hour of torture, they decided we need more documents. 15 years ago I opened the account with my non immigrant work visa and living in a hotel. I don't think rules changed that much, I just think the people working there are not competent enough. Go to some other location or better yet, go to the other bank."

"Im switching banks. This BOFA does not cater to its business clients whatsoever. IN-fact they built a Business Client window. But they dont let any business clients use it. I literally was in line at the Business window with three other business customers. They asked us to leave the line and get in the line with the non business customers. Ridiculous. Always long lines. Always slow service."
